Iowa LICA Safety Committee is continually updating the Iowa LICA Safety Manual, which provides members with sample safety policies and a large collection of "Tool Box Talks". Safety is of the utmost importance for all members of the construction business. None of us are immune to accidents. We must continually educate ourselves and our employees on the importance of working safely.
